    Yeah, I think it depends on the attitude of the SA. I've heard of people who had bags on hold for 2 days. I think if you've spent that much in the store, they should do that for you. Maybe call again and hopefully you get to speak to a different SA and see what he/she says this time.

    Just an update here... I've emailed my complaints letter and the girl who's handling it said it's going to be forwarded to 'executives' for review. I hope something is done about this and its not brushed to the side like some places would do. I think I may also post the letter to Paris, just for an extra sort of back up. What a pain in the butt this has been!

    Well, I went there and they did end up holding it for me...if you can say that! They had like 4 of them! Then, I ended uop getting something else!!!!

    Good for you for going forward with it. Sometimes it is too much of a pain to deal with these things but it helps us all in the end!
