Yes, Speedy's do sag... its a common Speedy thing... Personally, I love the Sag... Although, My Monogram Speedy 30 sags a lot more than my Multicolore Speedy 30. Some ladies do buy base shapers, but I personally use magazines (when I don't want sag)... they always work.

I think it's April 1999. For pre Jan 2007 bags, the first and third numbers are the month and the second and fourth numbers are the year. But better wait for the experts to respond, just in case I'm mistaken.

The handles on my 25 are so much darker! But in 4 years of having the 25 I think they're definitely not as dark as some others I've seen, so I'm glad they're only the color they are.
