i love the speedy because it's fun and matches everything....and very classic. The damier bag is very nice....but in mind is not something can go casual or dressy as the MC can...but that's just my opinion...if I had a choice...and had the money....i'd do the mc myself!

Ya it sucks.. but I'm just gonna order it once my SA starts his job. Totally wish I could just fly to NY for the day get my bags from my SA.. then come back home! LOL... hmm... that sounds like a plan.... I've never ordered before.... doesn't that take the fun out of it?

what's the deal with the sa? Do they get commission or something ? I am impatient so I cannot imagine waiting for something just because someone was moving or something...

I'm close with my SA... I've known him for 6 years. I could not imagine buying off of anyone else but him. He treats me good, he's nice to me, he knows what I like, like the MC bag.. he'll already know what colors to look for, he has always been supportive and interested with my entertainment career.. if I do something.. he'll check it out, if I want something he'll work his hardest to get it for me, etc. We already planned.. when I'm in NY next we are going out to lunch. I'm just close with him. He's a good friend! He even knows everything I have of LV off the top of his head... he's good!

I'm probably close with him.. because the first time I went into LV I was 16... and no one would help me.. and I was told "Sweetie the bags are too expensive in here for you" and the lady walked away. The lady didn't know.. I had a credit card.. I got upset.. and went in with my Mom next. He took care of us.. and was so nice! I always went back to him after that.. sometimes he would wave at me to come into the store just so we can chit chat.

About the commission? I don't believe they make commission. I know for being the lead sales associate at a store.. they get free trips with all expenses paid. I could be wrong.. but I don't believe they do.

Yup... that's 100% factual. The women that work at LV tend to be on the snotty side. Some think just because they work at LV that their **** doesn't stink. I have met a couple nice ones though.. but that is very rare.

I like both bags...

The multicolor one is more fun and classic I think... I see more brown lvs but not too many multicolore (mine is the only one I have seen in my area...)

I don't understand the attitude of snooty sales people. It's not like they OWN the bags and the store, even that doesn't make it right. If they judge people by how wealthy people are, then ironically, they probably make less than the people who walk into the store. My husband's boss who earned more than $700K a year (this was a few years ago) would go into the designer stores wearing just t-shirt and shorts because hey, he's got nothing to prove. And the SAs would ignore him or give him dirty looks. He would just walk out and spend his money some place else.

he whole staff at the store in nashville are pretty friendly... The manager is from Ripley, Tn which is a small town so he has that small-town America friendliness (although I was shocked when he said he was from there because he looks very fashionable and big-city ... I would have guessed LA...)

I dont care if they are snooty with me or not... The way I see it... If they piss me off they could save me $700-$1500 lmao...

I am well aware when I go somewhere that I dont look like an expensive handbag kinda gal so I tend not to take it personal...
