    Question Have we been treated right?

    Few days ago, I bought one of the bling bling bag (which is not a fancy brand) and I was in the LV neighborhood so I decided to drop off my LV Batigonlles Horizontal for general clean.

    Here comes the story. I went into the store and I was the only one customer, and there were 6 to 7 Sales ladies igored me. I stood in the counter don't know for how long, at last there was one SA came over to help me. I told her I would like to send this bag for general clean. And she says, " I am sorry, we are no longer do the general clean for the customers. It's due to too many people sending the fake LV bags back to the store and ask for general clean. (But my bag wasn't a fake) When I was about to say something, I saw one customer came inside the store, 3 SA run over to her including the SA who was serving me.

    That customer slowly took out her LV agenda and say to the SA : I just come over to see if you have any new arrival??
    (Guess what happened next) The SA who was serving me, said to that "VIP" customer: "Ohh my dear, your agenda looks so dirty. May I clean it for you? It only takes few minutes"

    I just stood there, and the worest thing was I asked for one LV catalogue, the SA told me " we don't give any catalogue, because everyone has access online. so why waste the press matter! (WTF) so I can't hold my anger anymore, I said to that SA, " then why need the physical store, since everyone can purchase online. Then I went out the store.

    Why different? is because my purchase power is not powerful as a VIP? So I have to be treated as a VNP (very unimportant person)???

    regardless of what store it was and how much you spent there that is just wrong. i dont care if i had gotten that kind of service in line for an 89cent taco at taco bell, you better believe their cs department would be hearing from me!

    Call and tell someone! Once when I was pregnant (and admittedly overly emotional) a SA tried to tell me that a scarf I was trying to return was fake.. even though it had been a charge send from my SA in another city. I left in tears, and when I told my SA what had happened the mean SA was "asked to leave LV."

    ^^^ I most definitely would too.... that's just plain rude and unacceptable, no matter if our a "VIP" or not. I cannot believe that happened to you!

    that is awful! and that is such a lie about the catalogs, because i was just in a louie store and the sales lady gave me 2!! i know it wasn't the same store, but still. the way she treated you was not right at all.

    thats really bad. i would have gotten that SA's name and asked for the manager to complain and called corporte inside the store in front of the SA's face.

    ^^ Yeah most of the girls there are pretty rude. Sometimes I get a great SA and she will talk Louis Vuitton with you forever.
    As far as the most rude LV SA's, that award would have to go to the LV boutique @ the Ceasar's Forum shops in Las Vegas. OMG! I walked out of there so freaking angry. Now looking back I should have called into LV corp. and complained.

    Some of these SA's really have a terrible attitude for being in customer service. It's crazy; since they don't make individual commissions, do they feel like they can treat customers however they want?

    Woah if someone treated me like that I would loose it. (I'm kind of vocal in those type of situations). I probably would have said something nasty, like "are you fu*king kidding me, clean my damn bag". But what did you say? Did you just walk out of there after they ignored you? You should have gotten her name and reported her.

    No, actually, I didn't say anything to her.. coz she run away~~~ hehehehhe
    I called the LV store the next day reporting about how I was being treated!
    Somehow they just don't believe me. the only answer I got was " ohh really, that's no good! "

    My frined went to the store the other day, the SA even told her, " you only can see one bag at the time" (WTF) She told the SA she needs to compare and to see which one she likes more.... What that SA did is, show her one bag and lock the other bag back to the glass table right the way. (can you believe it??)

    Seriously, I still love the bag but I hate going to the store !!!

    I am glad to know that they clean your bags, though...do they clean the leather too? I have some spots on Marilyn...nothing major though
