its an amazing idea. i have a monogram speedy, a damier speedy, and in a few months ill be getting the azur speedy. plus Epi is just SO different from canvas! epis's also have a more structured look. oh, and the epi's run bigger than monogram so a 30 is more like a 33 (lol i know there is no 33 but its bigger than a 30 but smaller than a 35)
im thinking that i also want an epi speedy or noe, im just undecided on the color.
It's all in what you prefer. If you love your speedy, then I don't see what's wrong with having more than one. If you only like your speedy then look at the other shapes and decide on something you might like more.
I think there is no problem having multiple speedies! There are people with more then half a dozen of them. At the moment I have two, a damier speedy 30 and a mono canvas 30. The speedy is such a useful bag, there's no reason to avoid having multiple copies!

I have the classic monogram canvas 30 and a multicolore speedy 30! I say if you want another speedy, go for it!!! I myself want to get an ivore speedy 30...

Not a bad idea at all. Every speedy is different. They may be the same shape and size, but they all look different when you carry them, and IMO they all look great! (Especially for the price)
I think it's a great idea! Their looks are totally different, especially being mandarine! Plus, the monogram speedy is very classic and traditional, and the epi speedy in a vibrant color is fun and flirty, so if you want to switch it up you can!
Nothing wrong with it at all. I have 2 Chanel jumbos (black and white) and I have 2 LV epi speedies (red and mandarin). I have the mandarin in the 30 size. It's huge, wish I got it in the 25.
