So she wants a smaller LV and asked my opinion. I have none since I don't own one. But I'm telling her to go with a classic style one.
She sends me this link and wants to know what I think about this bag and that this guy has really good feedback and states he is "an honest seller". How is he honest if he is selling fakes??? Anyway, I was blown away with how close this is to the authentic one on the LV site. You aren't kidding. They make good fakes.

Sometimes fake sellers use pictures of authentic bags...then they just send you crap.

I hope your Mother doesn't buy this fake bag. I know ebay has a lot of fakes too but when you do buy them and find out you're protected more then you would be on the ioffer website.

Well, if you pay through Paypal, they sure don't help you. I bought a Fendi bag about a year ago from Ebay. It was a bait and switch. I sent the bag back and filed with Paypal. Submitted all of my documentation, the return DC number, etc... I never received the money back.
I hate Paypal.

I hate Paypal.

I have had a bad PayPal experience as well. They need to work on their Customer Service and policies. It's a shame that they don't really have competition. If they did they would have to improve themselves.

It doesn't help that they own Ebay as well.

You can always use BidPay...but then the buyer has to pay the fees, which is what makes it not as popular...

Anyways, the ioffer bag is similar to the real Marilyn, but the real things sides poof out a bit more under the D Ring...

If selling fake bags is so illegal, how do people get away with it?

I know, its really sad isn't it? They just don't have enough enforcement when it comes to counterfeit anything. I see stands at the mall all the time selling horrid fake bags and nobody cares.

I don't mind seeing fakes on somoene who looks like they are poor or clueless...it's like...they are trying but just don't know the truth...(Think seeing someone walking around a trailer park with a fake LV Multicolor Speedy...)

But if I see someone that looks like they can afford the real thing or just looks fashion forward enough to know better...that makes me mad.

i cant stand seeing fakes on anyone. i think its purely disrespectful to the designer and those who carry the real thing, if someone cant afford LV/BBags/Hermes then dont get a knock off, get a cheap authentic bag and carry it with pride (like something from nine west or kathy van zeeland)
