hello everyone, so finally after months and months of waiting... i am getting my first lv bag and get this, its a gift from my sister for me making the deans list and my bday is coming up as well (how awesome is that)!!! YAY anyway, i've posted on here b4 about which lv speedy i wanted... well, i have to do this one more time bc i cannot find the post to see what suggestions were made.
which speedy 30 do you think i should get as a 1st purchase? the damier, damier azur or the mc?
ur opinion matters (that's why i'm asking) so pls reply if you can.

My vote is for the multicolore. Everyone has the monogram, and the azur is nice, but the multicolore is just so memorable. Congrats on whatever you get.. cant wait to see pics

I love the azur and figured that would be my pick for a speedy. but then again on second thought go for the multicolor, the mc line is so much fun, I love the accessories I have. I like the outer pocket on the multicolor so I'd lean more to that because I like a quick easy place to find my lipstick and that pocket would be great.
Congrats! Very lucky girl, I made the deans list and my birthday is saturday, I only wish I was getting a LV! I've been such a wreck lately though I thought my mom was going to give in and get me one, I could only hope
I would go with the multicolor too...I would personally do the multicolor or the standard LV mongram canvas, if it's your first...

I think the monogram canvas. It's very simple and I just love the logo. Congrats on doing such a great job in school. You should be rewarded! Maybe get a cute pair of shoes too!
I'm a fan of the monogram canvas... too ... especially with time... as they patina... they get extremely gorgeous! Go for the monogram if you want logos, if not... definitely the damier... I love the damier line and i hope to get a damier speedy sometime this year...

i think damier should be your first speedy. monogram is so pretty as is azur, BUT the damier is all weather and technically is classic LV since it was the first design Louis Vuitton released his trunks in (monogram was introduced many years later in an effort to combat fakes).
so in short, I vote for damier. then maybe in a few months you can get teh monogram!

eventhough elux is out, have you considered just calling 1866 vuitton or ordering through vuitton.com? if you call they will track a speedy down for you. also elux basically updates their stock every AM so check back tomorrow morning
I love my damier speedy, it's great because damier wears like iron and I don't have to worry when it rains. But damier azur would be so cute for summer! Either one would be great; good luck with your choice!
