![]() As many of you bag-addicts already know, Louis Vuitton just released it’s latest addition to their monogram collection, the Galliera, which is available in PM and GM sizes. For all you ladies interested in snatching up this handbag, hurry on over and buy it now via Vuitton’s website, or eLuxury (dot com). Is anyone in here in search of a classic monogram tote? If so, I definitely suggest the Galliera. First of all, it has that easy to wear design. The Galliera features an open top for easy access, a lengthy flat cowhide shoulder strap, (adjustable shoulder strap found on GM size only) and brass feet to prevent your bags bottom from scuffing. Its overall shape isn’t really “tote-ish” or too stiff; instead, it’s a nicely curved hobo. The Galliera (at the moment), can only be found in the monogram canvas line, so if you’re not a fan of the popular “LV’s”, you might want pass on the Galliera, or wait to see if Vuitton plans to release it in a different LV pattern. Some bonus details found on the Galliera are the interior soft microfiber lining, and that pretty gold inventeur plate. Although I give Vuitton’s Galliera a thumb up, I feel the PM version gets more credit in my book, it just seems like a more practical everyday bag, imo. Get your Galliera here before its gone: Designer Handbags, Clothes, Designer Shoes and Louis Vuitton at eLUXURY |

I know it's LV and all, but why does this bag retail for $1400?
It would make a great everyday though.

I like this alot! Especially since its a shoulder bag, but like Jennifer said a bit high, a Neverfull would suffice my shoulder bag craving much cheaper leaving the extra money for some fun accesories.

OMG this bag is so huge and the canvas is very supple. Most of the canvas is stiff on the other monogram bags... But this one is so soft. It is too big for me, my next LV will be a montorgeuil.. But if you love big bags it would be worth every penny...

Well.....I just got my Galliera PM today! L O V E I T!!!!! I did try the GM, much too big, but let me tell you, this Galliera is my new favorite, so roomy and the PM DOES HAVE AN ADJUSTABLE STRAP just like the GM....the bag is soft and so comfortable on. I highly recommend this new LV, fabulous style, the Montorgueil is too bowling bagish, and really not attractive, but it definitely is more affordable. My SA always calls me with new styles and said the Galliera is the new must have, Eluxury can not keep them in stock, the LV site upped the prices of all their bag by $40!! the boutiques will not be far behind for price increases. It is always exciting when a new style comes out, and this Galliera is surely worth getting excited about!!
