Just got off of the phone with LV, I was calling about the new Mirror Heart, and the price increase is on Wed for sure. UGh!!! I wanted the Damier Neverfull before the price increase!!!

Price Increase today!!! Many bags did go up a lot!!!! I know this is sooo ironic, but i'm sooo happy that the Lockit Horizontal is priced at $1,000!!!! I was really really expecting it to cost more!!! BOOO PRICE INCREASE!!! I'm getting my book bag soon!!!! Oh and the Speedy 30 went up $30!

I'm so irritated with the increase. My next purchase, the Pegase 60, went up $200.00! More than 10% increase is insane! I'm so glad I already have the Manhattan GM, because that jumped $100.00. Wow, I'm annoyed... anyone else?

Ugh, well now I don't even know if I'd buy the damier speedy in the future. I'd rather put the $650+ towards a Balenciaga city. Yeah, the price increase is annoying.

As far as saving the money for another bag... I would consider what you will use more. A speedy is an everyday bag, and really is priceless (despite the annoying increase!). The city is also a fantastic bag. I have a beautiful grass green one, which isn't an everyday bag. In fact, I've only carried it twice.
