Three main reasons:

a.) I found the quality to be declining, i had a bag basically fall apart and LV refused to even send it to France to be looked at for refurbishment. And a few heat stamping issues.

b.) On numerous occasions i was lied to from a SA, and not silly excusable things like waiting lists. My orders were lost (on two separate occasions) and on one time I was palmed of a different product (they hoped I wouldn't be able to tell the difference) On the second time, I rang asking where my order went and by the time they found out that the order was missing the item was sold out globally. To me these are inexcusable for the prices they charge.

c.) My complaint fell on deaf ears and i was treated ruedly which was basically insult to injury.

So I have taken my business elsewhere, I now love Hermes and have a few pieces.

OMG.... I'm so sorry!!!!! You just had a BAD BAD BAD SA. My SA treats me amazing... to the point I bypass waiting lists! I hope Hermes is treating you better!!

Way better no comparison at all. I often visit my H SA just for chats lol. He will bend over backwards to please his customers truely the best SA i have ever had. I have been put on the mailing list, and get invites to sales. So basically I am second to VIP status, if i wanted a PO or a SO i could get it. i think my spending amount is the only thing that separates me from a VIP who is invited to functions.

Yeah, were we live.... RGV, I usually see ladies from Mexico with the Damier Azur collection.... (you can tell who they are).... I LOVE IT AS WELL!!!! Marissa, great choice!!!

Thanks girlies!!!! I love the Azur collection!!! Barely anyone has it in FL. Once in a blue moon I see someone with a piece of the collection. I love it. My next purchase will either be:

1. Damier Speedy 30
2. MC Speedy 30
3. Pink Cherry Blossom Retro

Marissa! Congrats on your new baby! My DH love it so much and bugging me to get Azur Speedy 30 too instead of "old mono canvas".... I kind of like it but Imworried it will get stain anything cos of the color,but we dont have toworry if it's mono canvas. Anw, i agree with him Azur is rare and not many ppl having them compared to mono.....And I love pinkcherry blossom retro too! Go get it now gal!

Soooo cute I prefer the white Damier in this style any day over the traditional LV. Like the brown Damier too though. The white is super cute for warm weather as was mentioned. Great Choice!
