no they dont hurt at all.. its just that the strap is so frikin small. Hard to explain, but I feel like im sticking my arm out when i carry it bummer

which reminds me... last night when i went out i was sitting at the bar and the bartender was mixing a drink and got it all over my leather!!! At first I was like, uhm no tip for you, but after a few minutes the spots disappeared. Still a bummer since i have been so good with this bag, keeping it out of the rain and not touching it and all

^^^ I feel your pain girlfriend... I squirted lemon juice (accidently of course) on the handle of my Trouville... at first I thought it would be a permanent stain, but faded away.... oh and my Antibacterial bottle opened and spilled on the inside of my MC Speedy... so it has a pretty dark stain on the inside of my purse, and a scent of Coconut&Lime....

I was thinking of getting marilyn too. I think she's beautiful but still contemplating after reading your comments on the straps, is it REALLY too short. is it really worth buying? pls advice. Thanks. Anyway, go have fun gal with her! She's georgeos just like you!

congrats! sorry the straps are so small.. thats one of my pet peeves is that i have to be able to wear it on the shoulder!
and the cat in the box is way too cute!

The straps are really - really short! the bag kept sliding off my shoulder. def not worth it. i would so recommend anyone if thinking about purchasing this bag, to try it on first instore.

I love that bag, its soooo hot!!!
I am a shoulder bag person too (remarkably though I have noticed that more than half of my bags are speedy bags of some kind or another...basically they are bags that you carry on your arms and not shoulder bags.)
But I really loved looking at this purse, the pictures you took were AWESOME and the bag looks sooo pretty. I wouldnt buy this bag, I dont really go anywhere at night or to a place where a small bag would be practical, but if I did I would LOVE that bag. If I saw you wearing that bag one night I would be staring at your bag every chance I got, its just so cute! LOL!
