hey lin, i think that bag is a fake. the extremely low price that it's at right now doesn't make it look very authentic. it's at 10% of the value.

here's what a real one should look like:

they're different. notice the leather around the buckle and how it's different. also the price difference of the two is about $3800. i think this is an example of a good fake.

Yeah I was going to say that about the LE thing - if you want a bag that is no longer being sold, and was highly sought after, you're going to have to pay a lot for it.

I could never get into the Dentelle - the darker leather and the lace doesn't do anything for me

A friend of mine who's mother died gave me this LV Ambre Cabas MM (monogrammed brown see through with tortoise shell like chain strap). She was a flight attendant and when she would go to France she would buy a new bag. Anyhow thats why I think the purse is real. From what I've read they only made the Ambre in Spain, is that true? Mine says made in France. Also I can't find any letters or numbers on it. So I'm wondering if mine is fake? This is an very large and absolutely beautiful bag. The quality is outstanding it just feels expensive. Can someone help me I am going to sell it on ebay but I want to make sure its authentic first.
