The bag in the pics you posted is fake. Here are fake and real speedy side by side. LVs on authentic speedy 30 are always almost cut off in that spot. Plus the fake one on the left looks too "perfect" (because the seam is on the outside) where as the real one on the right is not.
^^^^^ Totally Agree w/ Isabella.... they made the fake to look too perfect.... when real ones are sapposed to be more "wobbly" or "saggy". My speedy ALMOST cuts off as well from the sides... (the LV's). The pic. on the right above is definantly a real speedy while the one on the left is a fake!!!
Wow I am very impressed with everyone's knowledge of these handbags. The bag is probably fake and I am hoping that you are not considering it. She is probably going to overcharge you and provide you with a receipt for a real bag and give you a fake one.
1. The font is wrong in the exterior design
2. The cursive "Louis Vuitton" is stamped crooked
3. The interior label looks really cheap and sloppily done... plus its not the correct kind of patch. A real one would be sewn on all the way around... it wouldn't just be sewn on at the top creating a flap like that.

There's nothing wrong with trying to find something cheaper on ebay, you just need to be careful. Make sure you know the item you are looking to purchase. Go to an LV boutique and examine one in person... make notes of the smaller details. And remember, you're never going to find an authentic LV bag on ebay for WAY less than the retail price... its just not going to happen. If something is super cheap its most likely a fake.

LV did make this but I am not sure that this particular one is real - these look like stock photos. Can you post a link of the ebay auction or wherever this is from?
Also - this shows 2 different cases - one with onionhead and one with the flower onionhead guy (my fave )
Actually - now that I look at it again it's fake - the colour is weird and the alignment is terrible. I suspect that these pics are from a site that sells fakes so they are stock pics but fake stock pics KWIM?

Eww ya, the heartstamps are a mess - think of it this way - if the bag costs THAT much they are going to take a little more care with their product
