kate is there a date code on it anywhere? also did you get a box or dustbag with it? to me it's hard to tell from thos pics bc i'm not familiar with that wallet. the LVs don't look quite gold enough to me.

Hi all,
I'm currently waiting on this vintage Jeune Fille to arrive from the States. I got it on eBay, the lady said she bought it in 1989 and it was b4 the start of date codes. I was wondering if any of you's could set my mind at rest over whether the bag is authentic or not? Any help would be great

They didn't have date codes then? I have a makeup bag from the 80s and it has a date code. It looks good to me.

I hope it is ok!! I don't know a great deal about Louis' from back then (I was only 1 lol) Thats just the info that the lady gave me. Btw - im very jealous of your WC - it's my fave bag of the moment. I would love to own one
