Save the pictures from your email to your computer.

Then when you are posting a message, instead of clicking the "Post Quick Reply"...on the right there's a button that says "Go Advanced" and then you scroll down a bit and then find a button that says "Manage Attachments" and click that. Then just upload the pics (just make sure they're not too big!). Hope that helps!
