Hi Can anyone tell if this epi speedy is authentic?
I thought this is authentic untill I see the date code. I think the date code in speedy is embossed on the leather that holds "D ring" or riveted leather inside. This date code seems odd to me but I 'm not sure if in epi it comes differently. Does anyone have any idea?

I think the bag is fake.
I do not know about cherry blossom series but the dustbag underneath is definitely a fake one.

You are correct that the date code is stamped on the leather that holds the D-Ring... but I have seen Epi Speedy 30s with the date code on a tab within the pocket. I'm not really sure what to think since the seller says it is a 25. Perhaps they are mistaken and its really a 30 or perhaps its a really good fake. I'm not really sure. Also note that the number of stitches across the top of the piece that attaches the handle to the bag (the line of stitches that goes vertically across just below the grommet) is a total of six stitches:

That is correct for an Epi, right? Mono has 5 stitches.

Hey everyone! I'm new here and think these forums are great! I bought a LV Multicolore Alma a while ago secondhand from a consignment shop. The going price was $650 but after finding some blemishes in the leather, I haggled the price down to an even $600. The handles appear stained from dirty hands and the bottom has a small scrape. It looks like it's starting to show the famous patina so it looks pretty good.

It came with dust bag, tags and a dark brown bag with darker brown "Louis Vuitton" lettering. I don't know where the bag is but I have the rest of the stuff. The pics aren't the best but I would appreciate your opinions on its authenticity:

Actually I bought it a few years ago and don't plan on selling it in the near future. Of course the prices for the Multicolore range have really increased since then.

Hi,

I would very much like to confirm that my daughter's handbag is an authentic Louis Vuitton. She worked at a high-end boutique and became friends with the owner who gave it to her (used). She thinks it looks old-fashioned, so she wants me to sell it for her on eBay. I believe it to be authentic, but I can't seem to find photos of the same one on-line (only some that are similar).
I would very much appreciate it if anyone would please look at the photos and provide me with some opinions. I can take more photos if it would help.

^^I am sorry but it is a fake. The lining is all wrong and the stitching is off.
