WOW maybe the seller should consider keeping it and have the hardware and vachetta (handles/bottom) replaced at the LV boutique it'd look so brand spankin' new, who would ever know?

Replacing leather is not cheap, either. To replace the entire leather, it can cost up to $500. If only I were fibbing...

I'd just throw the bag away and buy a new one.
