    Default Yay for LV customer service !!

    I took in my 10 month old lv neverfull mm ebene today because the handles were cracking on it. . I thought they would send it out to repair it but the manager replaced it right then and there! I was not the orginal buyer either but I had her info on me. When he said switch it out ( it was all stained inside too!) I was like ...

    WHAT??? Which LV location? I have had to take mine in, TWO different times, to be sent to repairs, due to the cracking/peeling handles!!! I wish they would have just exchanged my bag for a new one!

    No way! That's unexpectedly amazing customer service.
    ZombieGirl which LV bag did you have the problem with? Is this a common problem with LV bags?

    ^^ My Damier Neverfull GM. Yes, it is a common issue with the Damier (Ebene) NF's. I wasn't charged for the service but I did have the hassle of driving 2 hours (each way) to the LV store and being without my bag for 4-6 weeks, each time. That was in the first year of having the bag, not sure if they would do a free repair now.

    Yes i was SHOCKED!! as was my SA . I have only boughten one cles in pomme from the store so im not a vip. al the rest of my collection is preowned. I said it was a gift...manager came over didnt even really look at it and said 'replace with new bag" ...my jaw almost hit the floor. It was the houston location in the galliera mall...main store.

    that sucks zombiegirl. i was very surprised i got a new bag. i was using my galliera azur pm and was holding my pomme sarah wallet and my pomme cles was also hanging off my bag but not enough to make me look like i drop millions there or something. the manager looked in a really good mood? maybe he just got some in the back room or something?

    Nope only bought one cles in pomme from there...though i have been in store about 100 times lol. so they know me but not for buying things lol. I buy all my stuff preowned. I am going back this weekend to buy a vernis business card holder though.

    I would be really frustrated.. not just once but it happened again? I think I'm going to scratch the NF off my wishlist
