Okay... I was just out to dinner tonight and saw 3 LV bags within 30 minutes of eachother. Plus I've been seeing more and more people at the mall with them. The strange thing is that the nearest LV store is like 4 hours away from here. Are all these people buying them from eluxury? Or are they all fakes? I saw an Alma that looked questionable... but its so hard to tell anymore since there's 99% mirror replicas out there that people try to pass off as real. You really can't tell if they're fake unless you examine the bag with a magnifying glass. LOL! Sadly, a passing glance just doesn't cut it. What's going on? I haven't seen such a surge in LV before... if there some buzz going around about them that I don't know about?
I see LVs almost all the time if I go out. It could just be a mixture of fakes and authentics. From where I live, I think about 60 percent of them are fake while 40 percent are real.
If someone loves LV, she'll do whatever it takes to get one...even if it does mean driving 4 hours or paying extra shipping through elux.
I suppose you could be right. I'm sure that many of the bags I see are most likely fakes. Wonder where they are getting those from? LOL! Purse parties? It makes me sad to think all of those people are unknowingly (or knowingly) supporting criminals. My husband got me an LV for Christmas and he got it from eluxury. I'm sure when I'm walking around people probably question whether mine is real as well. Hehe... of course a coworker of mine about had a heart attack when she saw mine. She could tell it was real.

Oh my goodness, I got that alot when I lived in ellensburg! you are probably saying, "where's that"... my answer, "exactly" When my parents shipped me off to college they sent me to a school in the middle of nowhere, to be exact, the campus is sitting exactly in the middle of washington. The nearest LV is 3 hours away. The nearest shopping district is 2.5 hours away. Anyway so yea, living there for a couple years with my LV speedy (at the time) and Alma I got that alot... "her bag is fake". I even overheard people saying that when I carried around my coach and juicy bags!!! I was like come on, who drives a bmw and carries around fake purses. It doesn't really bother me anymore. I rarely get that now that I live in seattle. Besides now that I look back it's totally obvious to me that people who say stuff like that obviously do not know their designer bags and are just jealous.
GOsh... that does suck! Where I live... theres an explosion of LV's as well... you see them EVERYWHERE! ... and today I was at the mall... and I saw a Balenciaga for the first time.... Seriously! Their gorgeous... I'm SOOO getting one!!!!!

Yeah... it stinks! I hate it!!! I'm ALWAYS over-hearing people talk about my bags. The Puerto Rican side of me wants to tell them off... but I just ignore them. I just think in my head... they wish it was real to make them feel better about themselves that they don't have a real LV!

I haven't had anyone make comments about my bag... yet. But I have caught people staring! I'm kinda bad though... if I see a bag that it obviously fake, I'll make a comment to my husband/my mom/my friend/whomever I'm with at the time. I wonder if people overhear me. Oh well... I have a pretty trained eye for the Coach bags, so I'm pretty sure when I have spotted a fake. Other designers can be harder to spot unless they are really bad fakes. LVs can be really hard unless you look at the inside and examine it closely... which obviously you can't do to a total stranger! LOL! That would be funny though... some psycho walking up to someone and grabbing their purse. Then dumping the contents on the ground and they start examining it. Hehe... and then handing it back to the person with a comment like "Nice fake". Oh well, at least I'm not THAT bad.
Ha... the trained eye... I totally know what you mean.... I can spot fake Coach bags and fake LV's for now... That's basically all you see down here... fake Coach, LV's, and Fendi's... and Lots of them!!!! .... and I hate when they walk around as if their real cool and rich with their fake bag... I absolutely hate that... Anyways.... like I entioned earlier.... I saw a REAL Balenciaga for the first time... and OMG!!! It's TDF.... I totally want one and it's my new years resolution to get one this year!!!!!

^LOL, I never gamble, and I only did it because I was offered a free $20 to do some plays on the slots. I came out with $86! But of course, not enough to get an LV, let alone a Balenciaga.
I only have a trained eye for LV.... I have to actually pick up a bag to see if Coach is fake... but I'm really good with LV!

I know we had discussed the leather colors of Balenciaga's being different from other designer bags... but I want a dark color...
