Sad Help removing color transfer on my Neverfull!!!

I was wearing my Stephen Sprouse Neverfull this weekend with a black dress and the dye from the dress transferred onto one of the roses! I am so upset and I tried almost everything to get it out. I tried Mr. Clean magic eraser, baby wipes, wet-ones, soap and water and nothing works. I don't want to take away the color of the rose, so I have to be extra careful.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remove dark color transfer on LV canvas? Thanks!!!!

I used a white pencil eraser before, but if you already tried a Mr Clean Magic Eraser then it probably won't do you much good.

OMG so sorry Cassandra! The only products I know to use would be the baby wipes / white pencil eraser. Maybe try calling your SA or the 866?

Uhg that really sucks. My suggestions would have been all the above: water, Mr. Clean magic eraser and baby wipes. But if that didn't work, I would definitely run over to you nearest LV or even give them a call and ask what they would recommend.

Thanks everyone. It seemed to lighten up a little, IDK from what I've tried so many different things.. I sent an e-mail over to LV's customer service asking what they could do. If I don't hear back from them, I'll give them a call.

Ouch Cassandra, I really hope you can get the stain off safely. I have no suggestions other than everything else listed above. Although once I did get a pen marking off the canvas of my Multicolore Speedy with Apple Guard lotion, even though its for leathers it seemed to work on the canvas. Then again, the stain wasn't real bad, so it wiped right off.
