    Yeah I noticed that. My speedy is real....purchased from the LV store, and I noticed that the lock doesn't say Made in France at the bottom. Just making sure that just because a lock says Made in france at the bottom.....doesn't mean its fake!

    I'm not really sure which bags and years had what or if there was any sort of rhyme or reason to it. The locks have varied over the years though.
