Oh, girls, your bags are all TDF!!!! I am new within the last 8 months or so (and I already own 7 bags and 6 accessorie pieces

) to LV so I did not realize they made these in the non exotic line. Too bad I missed it...I really love them!

Your bags are gorgeous paije! I was lucky enough to briefly own a really nice black mirage speedy but I had to let it go b/c I needed the cash...kinda regretting that now lol.

Paije, the Mirage is a beautiful line! You are so lucky to have the "Bordeaux Speedy" as well as the "Noir Griet". I have not seen the inside of the "Griet" before! It looks as if it would be great for organizing!

I am in

with the Griets here. I WISH that my SA had let me know that they were out there. Instead I agonized over the noir & the bordeaux speedies forever. I settled on the noir, that I adore, but right now the bordeaux is the one that got away.

Someday it will be the right time for me to snag it. Meanwhile, I'll enjoy the absolutely beautiful pictures here.

Paije, the mirage is my favorite of all the LE's. You are such a hottie

and look gorgeous in the modeling pic! I would love to see a modeling shot with your mirage speedy too! You have my favorite piece from the line, the bordeaux speedy

NLL ~ I love your griet and the shiny treat hanging from it!

Dr. Wild~ your black mirage speedy is divine and looks so pretty next to the flowers.

You guys are so lucky!

The reason I love this line are the following:
1. love the fade affect of the bordeaux and black color going from light to dark, it is so innovative.
2.love the patent leather trim.
3.love the layering of the different color leathers where the handle attaches.

The Griets are incredibly gorgeous, but it is a SUPER heavy bag, and quite bulky, and the flap is not practical, so much so that I had considering selling, but

I just can't do it! It's too pretty!

I can see how you would have agonized over the noir and bordeaux, they are both beautiful, I'm still keeping my eye out for a Noir version of this speedy (and the bandeau). They are just so classic. Even family and friends who have no interest in bags have drooled over the mirages...this is my favourite LE that LV has released, such a shame they didn't do accessories.

Baggers ~ Thanks! The middle compartment is quite big, and it shuts with the clutch type closure, personally I would have liked it with the zipper compartment like the regular mono griet...which probably would have resulted in less weight... the bag for me is a bit more of a stunning display piece atm.

That's a shame

Hopefully one day you will come accross another one, they do pop up now and then on consignment sites and ebay.
