Default strap ripping on my LV

Hey everyone, I'm new on the forum. This past summer I made my first LV purchase in Barcelona!!

I bought the LV Utah Omaha.

Anyway, recently I've noticed that the strap is ripping from boths sides. I'll try and upload pictures.

Does anyone know if louis vuitton will fix it and how much it'll cost?
Any help would greatly be appreciated!

Do you live near a LV where you can take it in and ask a SA? IMO, since it is so new they should repair it for free. IF they do charge I am not sure of the cost, they would have to quote the fees.

    Good luck and I HTH!

Yea check out the warranty thing, because you really should not have to pay anything since it is so new. Try calling the LV store nearest to you and see what they say.

It ripped?! My gosh, that is just awful.. and you bought it over the summer? So like less than 6 months ago? Definitely take it in to your near by LV. They would be the ones you should take it to

I agree with everyone else, since it was purchased recently you shouldn't be charged much, if any. You just need to go into your LV store and talk with a SA. Good luck!!

Thank you guys so much. I'll definitly take it in this week!

Hopefully everything will be okay! By the way, I also had a question about my Chanel wallet. Where would I post that? I was gonna post in on the Chanel forum but I don't know if that was just for bags.

    thanks.

All Louis Vuitton products are guaranteed for at least a year, so it should be fixed or replaced!
