Long! But not too long, mine's like 3 inches past my shoulders. The only time I had short hair was in like 1st grade, lol.

I'm one of those conflicted Christians. I kill with kindness for two reasons, first I would feel guilty if I didn't and second because it really deflates someone when they are on a rampage. I'd rather have someone smiling at me than yelling at me. I don't like the yelling. Ironically I do the collections end in our company so I get a lot of it. I've learned to just stay really nice and to the point and then hang up and hand it to the big guns (our national company that puts them directly into credit hell) if they get nasty.
