They aren't dumb, they are just wired differently and therefore do things differently. Just tell him it bugs you that he was blatently gawking and he needs to be gawking at you instead.
Do you expect high end gifts on holidays (V-day, Birthday, XMas) from your dh/bf or do you care more about creativity? |

I told him and it resulted in a fight. He got really pissed and used the "that's what guys do" excuse.

If that was his attitude then he is not worth keeping. You need someone who is all about you. If he does this now and doesn't see anything wrong with it, it will only get worse and perhaps flow over into other areas. Personally, I'd bail. |
