OK, normally I don't wear heels...but I'm gonna buy a pair (hopefully today). I am 5'7'' and my boyfriend is probably 5'10 or 5'11''. He said he doesn't care at all if I'd be almost as tall as him with heels on...but I always thought it was awkward to be as tall as him!
Last time I tried on heels...the SA said "Who cares if you're as tall when you're wearing a hot pair of heels?!"
What do you all think?

If you love someone it doesn't matter who is taller than who... Especially if he said he doesn't care either....
My hubby is six five... So he's got about a foot on me... But I did date guys' in hs that were as tall as I was with no heels... Its all what is inside...
hmmm...before I preferred to have tall bf...but suddenly it came that I was taller than to my first bf....Now my present bf is taller than me..actually height doesn't matte when you're getting matured.
I could wear 10 inch heels (and look like a hooker, lol) if I wanted to be as tall as my bf.
My cousins gf is the same height as my cousin and she only wears heels on special occasions and usually only kitten heels so she isn't towering over him.
I don't think it matters, if they made you about 4 inches taller than him than it may be odd, but I don't see any problem, plus heels are so much fun
I always liked tall men, but my husband is like your boyfriend. He's 5'11" and I'm 5'8". I wore heels to our wedding and we look about the same height in the pictures.

Honestly, unless its half a foot or more, I don't think people really notice when the woman is taller than the man.
Definately not a "should". But I guess that depends on personal taste too.
As a midget, I would kill to be 5'8". Wear the heels with pride!

I've always preferred my bfs to be taller than me. but i'm 5ft 2" so really, i won't want a guy that's shorter than me or the same height! thankfully my DH is 6ft 1". but if you're taller, i think it's ok if a guy is the same height as you are.
