There are 2 in Louisville, KY one is totally GHETTO and the other is not as bad.

I go to Von Maur and the CS is wonderful!

Ya... 75% off at Saks. Can you believe? It was supposed to be hush hush.. on AOL a wek later.. on the welcome screen it said Saks 5th Ave closing in the Galleria Mall in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Horrible... I want a balenciaga... I'll probably run around the store.. snatching up whatever I can.. then just sell what I don't want. I already did the math that they will be about $400... I will snatch all of the Balenciaga's if I can. I gotta take a ponder at the store see what they have. I want a MJ Stam too, hmm.. I'll probably go nuts in that store! Christian Louboutin heels sound nice too...

I stayed at The Bentley Hotel in NYC when I went. It was like $270 but really nice. They have parking there (if you drive). And it's close to the subway. It's near shopping and they're really nice there. It's a boutique hotel, and we got upgraded so our room was like all windows and super pretty.

Ya.. the hotel I stayed the last time I was there was The Muse Hotel. So pretty.. no idea how much it costs though the company paid for it. I looked online before.. and I believe it was around the 200s... The doubletree on lexington is super pretty.. and they always have reasonable rates. It just depends the time of the year... Holidays and Fashion Weeks at NYC.. are so expensive.. other times of the year are cheap. Like july.. is always a cheap, affordable month in NYC.

I actually live super close to that Saks 5th Ave that's closing on the beach. Have you guys heard of that? It's making nation wide news, since everything in the store will be 75% off. I'm hoping I get in line.. to snag a balenciaga 75% off.

My aunt use to have an apt right on Park Ave... it was huge. If she still had it.. I'd share it all with you.. and everyone could of crashed there. LOL...

^^^ Yeah, right... I doubt they would even be answering their phones that day.

I remember trying to get my hands on a pair of boots that were sold out everywhere and I kept trying to call VM after they had reopened. But they were super busy and wouldn't even answer their phones.

i was off the forum for a few days and just catching up, but i think i failed ot point out one of the reasons people do the fashion tour is because some stores give a big discount, some allow "private" shopping after or before store hours, and there are several warehouse stops that arent open to the public for great bargains.
