Well, my boyfriend became my husband so I guess I can fill this out!

How you met: I was in 10th grade and he was a Junior. My bf at the time was dating his bf and they introduces us at a football game. It all started there. The reason it took us so long to get married was because we both wanted to get established in our jobs first before we started a life together so we could actually afford the things we wanted in life. It was hard but so worth it! Now we just need to start a family.

How you met: I was working in NYC at the flagship store of his current company (Burton Snowboards). He came to NYC with some co-workers to check out the store and saw me folding clothing. He claims that I was the prettiest girl he's ever seen in NYC and wanted to ask me out on a date. He got shy and figured I would be creeped out by some random dude asking me out so he left. About 4 months later I got a job at their main office and moved to Vermont. I ended up working with one of his best friends who recognized me. His friend told him that I had moved up here and was now working there. We had iTunes libraries that you can share with the rest of the 300+ employees on our network. So he had connected to mine and then sent me an email about my favorite band (Denali). I then asked my co-worker what he looked like and who he was. So this SUPER hot guy comes walking into our department to talk to my co-worker. When he left I was like "Who was that?!" hoping it was really his friend and he said "Yaaa...that's Chip". And I was completely giddy!! We talked over email and realized we had similar taste in music. He then called me that Friday night as I was in my apartment with black hair dye and wet nail polish. He asked to come downtown to hang out and I was hesitant but I got all nice looking and met up with him. And it's history from there on...

How you met: Long story. We were introduced by a mutual friend, and just started talking. He'd call me while I was at work (I worked at a bank) and he would make me laugh so hard. Then, I started calling him more and then before I knew it we were hanging out all the time.

^ I think our hubby's would get along...they sound so much a like. I love mine for the same reason you said about yours dislikes.

what kind of music? i'm into very obscure indie bands...that's what really keeps me and the man close. haha we are going to see A Silver Mt. Zion at a church in town...that will be an INSANE show!!!!

Age: 31 in 2 weeks (I'm 25)
How long you've been together: 4 years, 8 months living together 3 years 9 months
Likes: Formula 1, home improvements, beer, painting (art), home theatre junk, his Honda s2000 and s2ki.com forums, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, our dog, internet porn, peanuts, wakeboarding, pool, movies, obscure music, me, and my cooking, oh...and HIS MOM.
Dislikes: chain restaurants, getting older, having his palms touched, cracking my back 8 times a day, high fructose corn syrup, poor quality sound systems, drm, spending money, buying gifts, taking shots.
How you met: AWKWARD ALERT: Ok. SO I lived in this student house with 4 roommates and the landlord who is his friend from college and former roommate (I actually moved into his old room) and my landlord and I became INSEPERABLE. We both stopped working to hang out all summer and go sailing in Baltimore because he had this awesome 35ft sailboat. He keeps saying I have to meet this friend of his, and I said no because I was fresh out of a nasty breakup. Tom came into town for work and we all went to eat lunch together. We were then watching a movie and he just got up and left! He was nervous and was close to puking! So the next day I thought he was back in NJ and the landlord and I go off to Baltimore. A mile from the marina he says "oh crap, i forgot i have to eat dinner with my dad" so i was like fine just drop me at the boat and ill wait since i have marina keys....does he do that? NO. Mysteriously Tom was across from the marina at a restaurant so we hung out and had dinner. He was really shy and quiet but I thought he was pretty cute and sweet. Then the landlord comes back and we get on the boat, sail out into inner harbor and Toms phone rings. Who was it? HIS GIRLFRIEND. Yeah. Now hes got his gf on the phone in the boat bathroom which is thisclose to me and the landlord...and we still had to sail back in to shore. A week later I decided I didnt care, I had to have him, so I invited him back to visit. In 3 weeks he broke up with the GF, 3 weeks after that we were dating, and 10 months later convinced him to move out of his townhouse, into a spacious ranch, and to take on a permenent roomie...and here we are.

Can I add a question? How about "Where is it headed?" As for us, in a year Im moving back to DC and have yet to determine if hes going to come with me, stay here and do long distance again, or just call it all off...

How you met: A neighbor who used to live across the street from me moved into the same apartment complex as him. They also work at the same place. She introduced us and we spent the whole night talking until 5 A.M. - It was so sweet. He even walked me back down to our friends apartment so nothing would 'happen to me'. I love him..
