What do go with meatballs...
Alright, I have no clue why I want meatballs so bad... but I want meatballs! LOL! So I found a recipe for cheese meatballs and I thought it would be fun to try. So what would be good to have with them? I was thinking rice, but I don't know.

^^^ Yeah, there's tons of meatball recipes. Of course the best ones are made with veal... but I don't have the money for that! LOL! The ones I'm making have cheddar and jack cheeses, so I didn't think spaghetti would be appropriate.

Garlic bread( cheesy) and some sort of vegetable...
Are you making the meatballs that have bisquick in them? Those are pretty good.
You could also make some angel hair pasta tossed with evoo salt and pepper as a side

Re: What do go with meatballs...
^^^ I made some wild rice pilaf to go with and some veggies. There were quite a few meatballs, so I saved some for later. I can make spaghetti. LOL!

Re: What do go with meatballs...
I think spaghetti is the best option! and you can make sandwiches/grinders from the leftovers - just toast bread, add some tomtato sauce, a slice or two of cheese and i'm sure it would be yummy!
haha, my BF is a sandwich fanatic, so thats where i got that from! i think he is the only one in the entire world that has made the contents of a frozen lean cuisine meal into a sandwich
though it was pretty tastey...
