Hi All,

I have a question, last night i was watching the reality show Desperate Housewives of New York City on the Bravo Network. I had a question about a handbag that I saw, I'm wondering if anyone here watches the show and would be able to help me identify what kind of bag it was. Bethany (one of the woman on the show) was standing on a bridge with one of her girlfriends and they recieved a call inviting them to a boat party. The Bag i am reffering to was the one Bethany's friend was carrying? It was a huge tan bag with some sort of buckle on it. Thanks

It's "The Real Housewives" of NYC...did you watch the show with the REal Housewives of Orange County? I think I liked OC better...

Hello ladies, I watched that show...I am actually playing catchup. How many episodes have aired so far, just two? Anyway, I dont remember the bag but I remember the show that you are talking about. Its going to rerun because Bravo will do a marathon in a hot minute so see if you can catch it again and let us know more details...
I like the show. The NYC ladies havent grown on me yet but I am sure in time they will. I love the Orange County show as well though! They need to have a show in Texas so I can be on it, LOL!

Sorry I don't know the answer to your question, but the Real Housewives of Orange County was such a guilty pleasure of mine and funny my boyfriends and his dad's too, haha! But, I can not bring myself to like the NYC version very much at all, the new group seems to snobby, OC were still a bit more down to earth. Either way I'm jealous of either group of gals, because they have some awesome jewelry and are living in two of the places I'd like to most.

I really liked OC a lot better...the Ny crew seem a little holier-than-thou the OC crew seem like they'd actually talk to you if you saw them out

The Orange county one was a super secret thing of mine (so don't tell my husband LOL) but the New York one has been watched twice and I don't like it. None of the women are enduring at all. They all make me wanna gag. Talk about no taste and horrible parenting. Oy vey.

I have been salivating over the bag myself... are we sure it is the Chloe Hampton? The pics I have seen don't look like it to me, but I've also only seen a dark brown version, and Bethenny's friend had a caramel version.

It is indeed the Hampton, but I believe it was released in 2005. It's no longer available new for purchase. If I'm wrong about that... please let me know!!!

Just do a search for Chloe Large Hampton... a chocolate brown version from Bergdorf years ago should come up. Also, if you got o Bravo TV Shows: Fashion, Comedy, Celebrity and Real Estate Shows - Official Bravo TV Site, in Bethenny's blog from last week there is a picture of her and her friend holding the bag.
