Re: Weight Loss Journal
^ i said that as a JOKE. i have ALSO lost weight in the past and my breasts are still huge. even if i did lose another 15 lbs or whatever, they'd still be plenty big. it isn't accurate to say that we will "lose it in our breasts first" as everyone is different in what areas they are more likely to lose the weight....it all really comes down to your genes. some people unfortunately do lose it in their breasts first, as you said you do, and others may lose it in their stomach first, etc. for me, weight around the abdominal area is the first to go, which is a plus because it gives me more of that "hour-glass figure". same goes for gaining weight - i first start to gain in the abdominal region before my breasts, for example. i mean, i use to be heavier and i noticed that ever since i lost weight, my waistline is becoming more and more defined...though i still lose it everywhere. i did notice a slight difference in my breast size, but yup...they're still pretty big.
so girls, don't feel discouraged!

Re: Weight Loss Journal
Lisa, To get rid of "love handles" you would need to do high intensity cardio and proper nutrition. With cardio, You will firm up your butts and boobs at the same time. Just because it will get firmer and seem "smaller" does not mean that you've lost them.
Alicia, Losing 10lbs a month is possible. But, I REALLY dont wanna go that routh. I rather have you take it slow and stick with it then lose 10lbs the first month then quit right after (Not to mention that you will probably gain back more than you've lost if you do).
Im buried in work right now. Give me a week or so to come up a routine for you.

Re: Weight Loss Journal
^ hey sounds good! about losing 10lbs/month - i know you're a professional and i'm not trying to go against what you're recommending but thats what i really want to do. well, i want to lose like the frist 10 pounds by the end of April. then i'd take the last 10 pounds slower. so if you could just come up with a routine (when you have time, of course) that will help me lose 10 lbs in a month, then i'd be so greatful. and i promise myself to stick with it and i'm ready to work my ass off....literally, LOL!!!
THANKS!
p.s. - before anyone comments, yes, i am aware that a person should not shed more than 2 lbs. a week...

It was a family member, and he is a hater. He asked, "what have you been doing, eating all day, LOL!" I have gained weight, I am not a ZERO, but I am NOT fat! I am like a 6/8 from a 2/4...

The butt and the boobs will not get smaller...believe me I have tried. I just dont want to gain muscle and cause them to get bigger! Another topic for another day...Anyway, what is cardio, cause I am not running with B&B weighing me down. Did u get my message about the JUMP ROPE? I like that.

Re: Weight Loss Journal
I think losing 10 pounds per month is reasonable, or at least eight, if you figure on two pounds per week. That is the best way to lose weight, slowly and and consistently, especially if you are only trying to lose 10-20 pounds.

Yeah girl, the butt aint going nowhere. And the breast...well, thats another thread, LOL! I love the twins!!! But I have big breast (34D) so if I dont work on my stomache I dont look like an hour glass "8" I tend to look too heavy in my small frame. If my stomach were tiny and flat then it would look really cute and petite...
No matter how much weight I lose the boobs and booty arnt moving. Normally its my legs that get small, like the hip area, and people always notice that first...
I cant "weight" to start cardio tonight!
I ate:
morning....sausage, egg and cheese biscuit; banana; coffee with 2 creams, 3 Splenda
lunch........grilled chicken tortilla wrap; half a grapefruit; 16oz bottled water
snack......the other half of grapefruit; green tea, 3 splenda
I am trying to be more aware of what I eat...dont know whats for dinner...

Re: Weight Loss Journal
Alright... yesterday was:
Lunch: Sandwich and Sun Chips (again)
Dinner: Grilled Pork Chops and Mixed Veggies (sorry, they were the frozen kind)
Exercise: About 15 minutes on the rider. My legs felt like jell-o so I had to stop.

Re: Weight Loss Journal
Lisa - i love my breasts as well. though somtimes it sucks trying to fit them in like a button down top. i hate having to go a size bigger because then the top ends up being too big in the stomach and arms. but i found the most perfect bra over at H&M (yeah, who would have thought THEY had some awesome bras, lol). anyways, it really pushes them up and a little in very nicely so i am able to pull off certain tops. but anyways, i love 'em!
Lunch: My boyfriend wanted to go to Dairy Queen. BUT I got a grilled chicken sandwich (without the french fry combo...it was tough, lol!). Just a piece of grilled chicken, which surprisingly didn't taste processed but probably wasn't THE best for you, lettuce, tomato and NO mayo or cheese. Oh, and I had ONE onion ring.
Dinner: Kilbasa with onions and potatoes. But I will have a small portion of that.
ok, so i think i did alright today. i just really need to start exercising...

Re: Weight Loss Journal
Okay, today...
Lunch: Plain sandwich again (did I also mention that I've been using whole wheat bread... that's good right?)
Dinner: Two slices of hamburger pizza (husband wanted pizza )
Exercise: I'm sick so I didn't exercise today. I'm not really sick though, I have a sinus infection. I did have to huff it for about 4 blocks to get over to the student health center though. Does that could? LOL! At least they gave me antibiotics.
