Start to read food labels.. I think sunchips are per 16 chips is 50 fat calories? Try to eat less than those 16 chips... I always eat like 8 or 10 just to get the craving away.

It's totally fine not to be on a schedule.. I'm not either. I'm always rehearsing, singing, in studio.. that I can't have a set time. I try to eat every 3 hours though.. even if it's tiny... just to keep my metabolism racing. Just make sure you eat lunch.. that's the important thing.. no matter what time it is. It's so bad to skip a meal... because the metabolism stops. Then as soon as you indulge at a mean.. you are gaining twice the weight.

You will lose weight even faster if you work off more than you ate. For instance if you consume 100 fat cals in the day... well for every 400 cals you lose.. you are losing 100 fat cals. So if you work off 500 cals.. you are already losing weight. If you keep your metabolism going.. you will never have to worry about that though. The metabolism will totally deplete what you ate.. if it's racing. Ever get that feeling.. where you just ate... you cleaned then after you are hungry? It's because your metabolism kicked in while you were cleaning and worked off all that food.

Any questions ask!! If anyone needs wants to really talk to me about any nutrition stuff.. don't be afraid to PM me I totally don't mine. During my break yesterday.. my friend came and visited me. We sat down.. and totally nit picked at what he was eating.. and the right things to do it. I even put him on a plan.. and what to do for exercise.. etc. I totally don't mind.. gives me something to do during studio and rehearsal breaks..

Marissa - No, I don't sit there and eat a whole bag of Sunchips. LOL! But I do like to have something to crunch on sometimes and those are WAY better than potato chips.

Anyways, I think I did fairly well today. I power walked on the treadmill for exactly 46 minutes. My mom called and my husband brought the phone downstairs to me so I stopped. I would have gone longer, but since she was saying she couldn't hear me...
I ate alright today too. I had a 6" turkey sub on whole wheat for lunch. I hate mayo and dressing, so all of that stuff was left off. Then for dinner, we had to go out to my husband's parents for his mom's b-day. I had some salad and some celery/carrots and some shrimp. And then I had a small serving of lasagna (and a little brownie for dessert).

okay, so you're going to think i'm nuts, but i've been doing the hollywood cookie diet lol so i eat a cookie for breakfast, mid am snack, lunch, mid afternoon snack & then i can eat dinner, as long as it's sensible. the cookies have a lot of protein in them i guess so they don't taste like your traditional chocolate chip cookie, obvy! because i have four throughout the day, i don't get that hungry. ususally i've just been having three instead of four!

Ask a nutritionist.. and they will discuss how bad that cookie diet is for you. And they will tell you all the health problems it will cause you in the future.

Also, yes its super low in calories.. but on the real side.. you aren't going to be eating these cookies for the rest of your life. Once you eat food... and eating calories again.. there go the lbs back. They also don't tell you any exercise regime with that cookie diet. The body needs exercise especially cardio for your heart. Without cardiovascular exercise your heart can become very weak when you get older and can increase your chances for cardiovascular disease (my mom has it.. I know all about it).

It's much easier.. to eat sensible.. treat yourself... and don't deprive your body. Depriving your body is the WORST thing you can do, because it causes your body to freak our and indulge one day really bad. That one indulgence will show up on the scale. To hear girls go through all these crazy diets is sad.. but also not good. You gotta take care of your body.. especially when your young.. for when you are older. Much better to really eat food, and exercise. You'll be thankful for it.. once you developed a fast metabolism and can eat whatever you want without having to worry.

thanks marissa for the advice. i was on it for a few days and friday night i got really sick, so i am thinking about stopping..

you said that apple cider vinegar does work, do the supplements do the trick just as good, if you know?

I should try that vinegar thing. Any vinegar is fine, right Marissa? And just a tablespoon? (eghh, i'm shuddering just thinking about it! lol..) Actually i don't think it'll be that bad, I used to love salt & vinegar chips. Haha.

Ok well, I haven't been doing to well. Maybe I should practice what I preach. I had sushi Friday night, and then went out to the bars, but I actually only had 1 drink... Saturday.. I had a turkey and avocado sandwich...and for dinner, I kinda pigged out on Sun Chips and a Lean pocket (I have THE weirdest eating habits..)... Sunday I can't remember what I ate but I had taco bell for dinner

Monday..it's back to work and so far I've had half a bottle of water and a slim fast shake for breakfast. AND I'm going to MAKE myself workout today...

It's a start.

apple cider vinegar smells like feet.. i bought the tablets from whole foods, i just don't know if they work as well. they stink and you can't taste them if you swallow right away!

they don't work.. it's a gimic... many things out there are gimics.. don't believe all the hype. Actually downing a tablespoon of white vinegar actually does work though.

Alright, I was on that treadmill for an hour today. My hip hurts though, maybe I need an eliptical or something. Less impact.

I had a kids meal from a fast food place today... I know, bad for you. But it was less bad because there was physically less of it to eat. LOL! For dinner I had some chicken soft tacos. Don't worry I hate sour cream too.
