I go through this a lot with my body & how other people look at me. Everyone says that I am anorexic, and it hurts when people come right out and say that. I'm 5'7 and 101lbs, but I just can't seem to gain any weight. I've always been like this, and I'm almost used to it, but I really hate when people talk about how little I am and blah blah blah... Those comments can really hurt & do some damage to your self esteem
just like if i was 200lbs... It just sucks. But, to all the girls that have their pictures on here, I think you're all very pretty and I hope that you'll see that too, even if you think you do have to lose a few pounds..

^^Omg, I have had the same thing happen to me! I was really skinny when I was younger...I weighed 80 pounds in 7th grade! Everyone thought I was anerexic, it mad me so mad! I took after my dad's side of the family, they are all skinny. I didn't start putting on a little weight until the 9th grade. Now, I'm 5'7'' and like 112 pounds and I still get the "you're so skinny" remark. It's just so annoying because I can't help it and I want people to believe that I DO eat, ya know.

OK. There's my rant for today AND tomorrow, lol.

Everyone feels that way! Just wait until you hit THIRTY and your metabolism starts to change and you cant eat the way you used to and you HAVE to start to work out in order to fit into your clothes. But everytime I threaten to lose more weight my husband gets REALLY upset. He loves my curves!!! The only thing that I am doing right now is toning... but personally I would love to be a size 2! I am 5'2 and I think the slimmer I look the taller I look. These curves make me feel sooo short (I live in heels) but I def would love to be really thin to appear taller....aint gonna happen.

Alicia, you're beautiful the way you are. Change for yourself and no one else...if you are unhappy because of the wya you feel, change it...but if you feel bad because of your boyfriend lose him.

You live near New York...I'd frequent the bars and try to snag a sexy investment banker or corporate lawyer that would appreciate you for who you are inside.

All girls hate something about themselves and struggle one way or another with their weight. I cannot get below a size 8 no matter how hard I try, and I have to really work out to stay taht small...I let myself get a little bigger (size 10/12) just so that I can enjoy life and not stress about counting calories or working out 2.3 hours per day.

Stay active and happy and your weight will be where it's supposed to be. A lot of the size zero girls are that way because of extremely unhealthy habits.

Oh my goodness, thank you so much for the compliment! That is the nicest thing I've ever heard from a stranger, and I appreciate every word of it...

Like I said, I struggle with my weight. I go back and forth between thinking that it is fine the way it is and then thinking I need to acquire a tight, skinny little size zero body. But it has been bothering me lately - I guess it must be the pressure of the warm months just around the corner.

As for my boyfriend, I was the one who thought he had a problem with the way I looked. I had this image stuck in my head of what I thought he wanted. But I've talked to him about it and he has assured me over and over that he loves me the way I am. Though the other day I was able to get some true feelings out of him - he said I could use some toning up. And I was like "well, what if i don't???" and his reaction was that it would be ok with him. though he should really talk because weight-wise, i am way ahead of him since according to medical standards, he is actually considered to be overweight (not by a lot though). and i am at a normal, healthy weight for my height and bone structure, according weight classicifcations.

but anyways, i really want to drop a few extra pounds for myself because that will ultimately make me the happiest i've ever been with myself.
