I came home to a dirty house, I had to clean the whole kitchen after a hard day at work. I sent my husband to get some mexican food hehe. I had white chocolate cookies that we bought off my husband friend's kid. yummy!

So, I wanted pizza and it is 4:30 here. I ate lunch at 12, so I didn't get hungry until about now...
Sooo...I call hubby and am like...do you want pizza tonight and he goes **Large Sigh** I just ate a sandwich. Why didn't you call me an hour ago?
I was like...uh, why didn't you call me before you ate?
SOOO...I am having ramen noodles for dinner tonight. **sigh**

I made mashed potatoes last night, and my boyfriend made kielbasa for himself to go with it. I thought I had some Veggie Chicken Nuggets left to eat, but I didn't  So all I ate was mashed potatoes. But let me tell you, I make some DELICIOUS ones! My dad is a really good cook so I learn everything from him, especially how to make really good mashed potatoes. Tonight I made them simple, with butter, sour cream, parsley, salt, and pepper.

What's for dinner?
I made pimento cheese spread on whole wheat bread. And then carrots for veggies. I'd say I was really lazy tonight but I did actually make the pimento spread.
