I had roasted veggie pizza and 2 Blue Moon's from Lucky Strike bowling lanes. It was very good and the bowling was a blast!

I made coconut chicken curry with lentil and pilaf (with kale). And then frozen coconut fruit bars for dessert. The kids were happy.

Salad bar and sushi rolls from Central Market. My son had baseball practice until 8 so I didn't feel compeled to cook.

I LOVE the salad bar at my local store! It's so quick AND yummy when I'm not in the mood to cook or if I don't have time!

Central Market, our local gourmet grocery store and the only place I shop, has an awesome salad bar. They carry everything from hard boiled eggs to marinated artichoke hearts, to French feta, to marinated Greek feta, etc... We love it and my son will pile on the veggies and protein. My daughter sticks with the sushi from here. Again, my husband and I are sushi snobs, being from LA, but I have to say that the fish is super fresh and they will make up anything my daughter or I ask them to. (It's kind of cute watching a 5 year old ask for an eel and avacado roll) Makes the patrons around her squirm. LOL
