Wow it's so good to be back home from Vegas. It was my first time out there and I hated it. It's really depressing!!! I gambled a little - only $20 and ended up winning $15! Haha... but my big splurge was going to the LV store and finally purchasing my LV Damier Speedy 30. It's been craved for a LONG time now and I just felt it was the perfect timing to buy it. If anything good came out of Vegas - it was my new bag. :)
^^^Why'd you hate Vegas??!! I love Vegas!!! Maybe because I don't gamble... I don't know what it feels like to win/lose. WEll, you must have had a great experience at the LV boutique.... Which one did you go to??! ...and congrats on the lovely bag... i'm jealous!!! lol... Posts pics. when you can!!!

I went to the LV store in the Venetian. It was lovely - at like 10pm too. Nothing seems to close there.
I hated Vegas because it costs and arm & a leg to buy food, the taxi drivers take you on WAY round-about routes and it's a bit depressing. I was there for work - major tradeshow - so it was exhausting and I didn't go to any shows really. I did get to ride the rollercoaster at the NY NY though!! I just think Vegas is great for gamblers but for me... I'd rather be in NYC.

hahah well okay okay Vegas is fun when you're not there for work... however you can't really call what i do "work" because i'm a designer and my job is to go out and meeting people at tradeshows and get drunk with them. we did go to a FABULOUS restaurant called Bouchon - and while we were there President Bush was actually just arriving so security was EVERYWHERE.
I don't mind the fact that I got free flight, hotel and dinners but it's just that by the end of the tradeshow everyday I was SO TIRED from speaking with people and mingling that all I wanted to do was go to sleep.
I am sure if I went with my closest girlfriends it would have been a WORLD of difference.

OMG, I LOVE Vegas!! I am not a gambler and found so many other things to do there. Like you said maybe if you were with your friends it would have been more fun for you.
