I agree with Matt... if you can get the exact same book for less... go for it... Order it ASAP! and then go ahead and return the one you have now! Maybe you can make some copies of pages you might need... I dunno. But I would order it online...

Viva... well that's just it. The ISBN number is the same, author is the same, edition is the same... BUT the publisher is different. So is it the same book or not? The listing says the publisher is Harper and the book I bought at the bookstore is McGraw.

Hmm.... Sounds wierd. But I think if the ISBN and the edition is the same.. .then that's fine.

Well... I have good news ... and I have bad news...

The good news is that I got the Chem books from half.com. They are exactly the ones I needed!

The bad news is, I took the other ones back to the book store and they don't want to give me my money back. They said they will turn my return into the accounting office at the end of the month and the accounting office will issue me a refund check sometime after that.

Great... just great... you know I spent all my food and gas money on the books from half.com. I was thinking they would give me cash back since the money was taken from my FA refund.

^^^ There are some, but its difficult to find the correct editions. Some of these books have tons of added reference stuff in the back of the book and we need certain editions for class. I kept what I thought I would need and took back books that I was able to get at the library for free.

LOL! Nah... that's okay. I'll get my money back sometime... actually, I need to call the accounting office tomorrow to see exactly when it is they will be sending it to me. It doesn't matter a whole lot now though cause I FINALLY got my financial aid! Woo Hoo!!! Money money money!!! Uh oh... I can see where this is going. I have a feeling I'm not going to have money for very long.
