This was my birthday cake this past March (2008) for my 18th birthday! The Barbie was actually a WHOLE Barbie...not just a half, lol! I know it's "childish", but hey, it was MY birthday!

That's like on "Life in the Fab Lane" with Kimora Lee Simmons - they made Ming into a cake (head and shoulders), and she was talking about how creepy it was when they were cutting it, but she said it was so good!
