Ooh.... like Joey's duck! lol. They do and they don't... They live in our deck (back of the house), it's all wall-ed up with screen halfway... its hard to explain, but yes they do get fresh outdoor air, sunlight, and we have a kiddie pool we fill up for them so they can swim around...
