Meet Da Vinci’s new Crystal Chandelier designed by Schonbek, I bet you didn't know it at first glance but this dazzling piece is the world’s first dishwasher-safe crystal chandelier.

It's a pretty well known fact that you are never suppose to put crystal in the dishwasher, but with this crystal chandelier you can. Just pop it in and when it's done it will be like new. How convenient and cool is that?!

I know what you are thinking.. those must not be quality crystals if they can stand the high temperature and heat of the dishwasher. Well, Da Vinci is in fact composed of the finest crystal in the world: Strass or Spectra crystal by Swarovski.

Actually I was thinking, "How do they fit that in the dishwasher??" The chandeliers shown in the first two photos are much bigger than the ones shown in the dishwasher. I was also thinking how much trouble would it be to get on a ladder and unattach/reattach it for dishwashing! lol

That's pretty cool! I don't think it would fit in my house though! LOL! It looks wonderful in the picture though, with the big open ceiling.

i might sound dumb but if it's just hanging there... why do you need to put it in the dishwasher? why not just dust it?

When I saw the first photo I wondered, how do you fit that huge thing into your dishwasher?
Then I saw the second one and was like, what is with the bike?? Why are they showing off the freaking bike?
