Just finished my one assignment that is due tomorrow. Ugh, I hate this stupid health class. It just makes me feel all the more fat!

Trying to deal with allergies, PMS, and do I have a cold coming on? I will try to stay positive, discomfort keeps me in the present moment. I'm reading Michael Brown's book Alchemy of the Heart. Its a great book about why the same uncomfortable things keep happening to us and how to change. Definitely recommend!
