Sitting here with a bad headache because I hit my head really hard getting into someone's Pathfinder... it was raining and my friend was behind me so I was hurrying... it really hurts!

laying in bed watching Home Improvement, feeling like crap because of my head - I can't fall asleep so I'm draining my phone battery by surfing the internet as usual

ok seriously its 3:07am and I can't fall asleep - its so annoying bc when I'm at my parents house I could fall asleep at like11 - but I'm at my apartment and used to sleeping here with bf - I hate being alone in the apartment... And I have to wake up in 4 hours to take the dog out - she'll wake me up if I dont wake up on my own

If you can't sleep have your dr prescribe you some ambien. Dh takes it and he sleeps hard!

Haha I would but I hate medicine!

Excedrin Migraine is the only thing I can take, If I take a medicine I feel like I'm not in control anymore over how I feel, and if I feel weird then I blame it on the medicine, and then I'll have a panic attack. I'm such a hypochondriac.

I was taking Zoloft for like 2 months for anxiety after I had a panic attack, but I felt like it wasn't helping me at all. So after taking it for a month, I started to slowly decrease my intake, and went off of it after a month. It did nothing for me.
