    LWO, i did make progress and drop about 3 pounds. Then, i attended a couple of big parties are some friends place and went out to restaurants to celebrate some other stuff....long story short....ate very badly (binged) and got all the weight back on....

    I am back trying to eat healthy and go to my Zumba class regularly...let's see...

    That always happen to me when I want to do a diet and that's why I didn't keep on any diet

    Fedup,

    you are on a very strict diet ,kudos to you on persisting with it some thing i have been trying with out much success. And yes after having dinner at around 7:30 PM i get hunger pangs at around 11:00 PM and then i raid the fridge big time.

    Been in Zumba class for over 2 months now. I haven't lost any significant amount of weight, but my body tone has improved remarkably. My muscles are firmer and my clothes fit really well.

    I still eat healthy although i do indulge in a bowl of cereal at 11 pm sometimes

    Dieting is hard!!!! I love food!!! But been trying to stick up healthier foods and not eating late at night when I'm bored just by not eating late night snacks and watching what I eat during the week and walking on the tred climber lost 7 ibs in 10 days! Probably put it all back on though been cheating alot the past week stuck to my diet and excersize today so far:)

    Good luck to you girl! I started mine at the beginning of the year and I'm down 10 pounds and now just trying to firm and tone everything.

    Best of luck! You can do it!
    I know how hard it is. I lost 5lbs with WW in 5 weeks.
    Stopped counting and weighing for one week - ate cake like it was going out of style and gained it all back.
    Monday back on it (my birthday weekend and going out both days).
