*POLL* Which Bedding?

I need your help. I am having such a tough time deciding on which bedding to purchase for my bedroom.
Please vote on the bedding you prefer and list the reasons why.

*My bedroom has three white walls and one with gray and white damask wallpaper. The decor is black and white and I like to accent with lavender and plum colors.

*Option 1*
Organic Cotton Pin-tuck Duvet

*Option 2*
Rosette Quilt

My pick would be option 2 in the deep plum color.

While both bedding are nice, the second one would give your bedroom a pop of color.
Black and white is a monochromatic color scheme, so the accents and/or bedding should contrast it with a punch of color, IMO.

The first option is pretty, but when combined with black, white and grey, gives a washed out appearance.

That is JMO

I am no help...I like the color of # 2 but the pattern of # 1. I don't really have any particular reasons why, just a matter of taste...the only thing with the dark is that I used to have a dark colored comforter and I hated it because it always showed every little piece of lint that got on it. Sorry I couldn't help!!!!

You did help KANMP! I have the same problem (kind of) as I like the color of #1 but love the pattern of #2.

I have sheets sets of both colors so maybe I should test them out without anything on top to see which color I like best.

I think both are lovely, BUT... option 2 is more luxurious-looking, and I think it would fit well with your bedroom's color scheme

Hey Zombiegirl,

I really think option 2 is great!

You said excuse the tree, but it is a good example of how nice the deep purple would look in your room, as you have deep purple right on your tree
with your walls and decor, I think it would look beautiful

I voted for option no.1. i love the colour and the pattern is gorgeous. But the deciding factor for me was the colour.

If the Rosette set came in the Light Amethyst color I wouldn't be having this dilemma.

I love both of them, but my first pick would be number 1. The second one is more of a dramatic look, which I also like. You can't go wrong with either one!

That's a tough decision, I think I'm going with pick number two. I like the darker purple, but in all honesty, they're both really really pretty!

I think I'm going to change my vote, because I keep coming back to this thread admiring the whole bedroom in pic 1. I love the bed, the lighting, just the whole presentation of it much better. But the 2nd bedding is much, much nicer.

I agree that both are beautiful. I voted for option #1. The reason is that I prefer that color over the darker purple.

My pick would be #1. I love the color of it, and I think it would look really pretty with the wallpaper. But I also agree, they are both beautiful, and I think whatever one you pick will look great!!
