I am so ticked off that our pediatrician's office still does not have flu shots. their stock is supposed to come in by first week of Nov?! My boys go to school and daycare and i am paranoid that they are going to catch something

My boss had it and a girl that I work with, her 2 kids and husband have it.

Everyone in my department got sick, including me, but thankfully none of the rest of us got it. I was sick all last week... it sucked!

Thanks FedUp! He went back to school today - he's not 100% but feels so much better than he did. He was very very sick.

It's nasty here in Texas right now. I wouldn't get a flu shot though. No reason putting something else nasty in your body when it won't stop you from getting the flu. They say it will lessen it, but with an already compromised immunity system, I'd say it's just the drug companies trying to make a quick and easy buck.
