    <-- For those whose Valentine's Day was less than satisfying (I've had a bunch of those from previous BFs ).

    My DH surprised me with a dozen red roses. We double dated with my sister and her BF (saw Avenue Q and had a nice dinner). We are scheduled to do something simple on our own soon (there's a local restaurant we both wanted to try for the longest time).

    We saw He's Just Not That Into You. It was pretty cute. A little predictable, but I think it's worth seeing. I would buy it.

    I got a 2lb box of See's candy (my favorite), a pink Nintendo DS, with some games (Animal Crossing, New Super Mario Brothers & Big Brain Academy), and some Bath & Body works stuff. I originally wanted jewelry, but at the last second decided I had to have a DS, and I'm super glad I did. DF buys me jewelry for every holiday, this year I wanted a toy. DF and I also went to dinner at a new restaurant. It was a pretty good day.

    And to anyone that was less than thrilled with their Valentine's Day, I've been there before it sucks. I feel for ya.
