    Hey evryone!
    Just thought I would apologise for not being on here for so long. I'm rather busy atm.. Im working 4pm-9pm mon to fri on top of being a full time student and Ive just got back from my hols. Hope everyone is well and getting geared up for Christmas I'll get a pic on here of outr tree once its finished! I did a lot of buying on my hols (florida & NY) I got a Tod's bag and Tracy Reese bag which Ill post pics of too. xxxx

    Well, we went to Edinburgh and they were basically complete w*nkers about it! So I wrote and complained, got a misinformed reply from some 'important' woman. She got her facts wrong and was incredibly dismissive. So I wrote once again and still havent received a reply. Honestly, it is appalling; they basically have said that I broke my bag, even though it doesn't comply with the sale of goods act. I don't think I'm going to bother getting it repaired because to be honest I don't want to give them anymore of my money. It really has left a 'sour taste' in my mouth. I will be extremely reluctant to buy anything else from them again, for the fear that they were also faulty, for such a prestigious brand their customer service was hideous.
