Judith Leiber Beehive Clutch

If you have ever come in contact with a beehive in real life, you know it could be one of the most interesting structures you’ve encountered, yet an extremely scary one as well. The buzzing sound of the bees alone is alerting enough to stay away, as you probably don’t want to deal with such an injury. Here’s a beehive that’s 100% less intimidating and one of the most beautiful you could possibly run into.
Meet the Beehive Clutch, presented by evening bag genius, Judith Leiber. I’m such a fan of Leiber, I find it amazing at how the House of Leiber models practically anything into the cutest dazzling clutches you can find at your local designer boutique. This sweet little evening piece features the beehive shaped adorned in sparkling yellow, topaz, and brown crystals throughout. Gold toned hardware trims the edges, composes the chained shoulder strap, and decors the removable round vanity mirror included inside this clutch.

Carry this to your special outing in hand or as mentioned earlier, by means of a chained gold strap which can be found tucked neatly inside. You can find this adorable piece with bees and all for a whooping $5,295.

Re: Judith Leiber Beehive Clutch
In all honesty, I could never see myself carrying a beehive bag out in the public. Yes it is gorgeous, all those crystals, but just no.

Re: Judith Leiber Beehive Clutch
I like how you talk about a beehive being scary in real life. You know, the Native Americans were afraid of bees as well. Not because they could sting you, but because their presence meant that European settlers were soon to follow (introduced species seemed to spread at a rate slightly faster than European settlers). Anyway, that was something we talked about in one of my classes. LOL! Don't mind me!
I actually think the clutch is really cute, but it's obviously not something that is very practical. Good for the collector perhaps.

I love this clutch! I saw it in the NM christmas book! I think it is just so fun and different, def. a statement piece! I can see how it just is not practical but it is such a fun piece! I think there is another one with just a bee?!
