When I went to Forever 21, they had the same exact headband there! I think it was less than $20 too.

I asked the bf to go to UO today to check out this headband since he's in SF for training. Hopefully, he finds it!

I just got my Alex and Ani feather headband in from Haute Look. It resembles this one, but it's a regular thick headband covered in feathers. I
