Default Bling (No, real BLING) for your jeans

Quote:
Designer denim and delectable jewels? According to Earnest Sewn and Van Cleef & Arpels, that's exactly what we can expect. The two brands have joined forces to create two styles of limited-edition jeans that will be exhibited in Earnest Sewn's Washington Street store and then sold at auction at Christie's. From Fashion Week Daily

Both jeans are Zazo cut, a high waist skinny straight leg that feature the Alhambra emblem of VC&A.

The blue is $9,700 with a mother-of-pearl and yellow gold button, Alhambra rivets and a 14" Alhambra chain that swags from front to back, attached to a hand-crafted leather wallet.

The grey is $11,300 with black onyx and white gold Alhambra motifs in the same design.

Both have the Alhambra stitched onto the back right pocket. The chain is removable and can be worn as a necklace or doubled around the wrist as a bracelet. Only 10 pieces of each style will be produced.

I would if I could. (If I could look in good in those jeans and If I could afford the mighty price tag)

Not a huge fan of high waist jeans. And I like a little flare/boot cut at the bottoms. And that price is ridiculous!!! But that's just my opinion. I think I'll just stick with my $100 low rise jeans...

The jeans are fine, those blings aren't.

I love the jeans, ESewns are so comfy! I like the idea of the chain being removable.

Not really a fan. I'd rather have jewelry on ME, not my jeans.
